Rigid base electric motors have a welded or bolted mounting foot on the bottom of the motor body.  These motors are also referred to as rigid mount, frame mount or belt-drive motors.  Aqua Marine Supply stocks various belt drive motors for our hoists, see models listed below.

Electric Motors can be purchased in multiple configurations including the motor only, with the pulley add on, or wired.  Wired motors require additional information including power supply voltage, wire lengths, control type, etc.
